And more talk about “The Struggle for [USER] Experience” at this event in London on 18th Sept…
This UX Conference is hosted by the Centre for Human Computer Interaction Design (HCID) at City, University of London. It is free, public facing, and seems generally pitched at a design/student/UX industry audience
My talk will focus on the pervasiveness of a Silicon Valley defined UX marketing ideology, which has become central to interaction with digitalized services throughout the human lifecycle (Birth, School, Work, and Death). A bit of a challenge since the work ultimately calls on designers to adopt “collective experiments” in [user] experience.
